QH6920 Turntable Shot Blasting Machine Russian Metal Products Manufacturer’s New Production Line

QH6920 Turntable Shot Blasting Machine Helped a Russian Metal Products Manufacturer Add a New Production Line

A Russian manufacturer of metal processing products planned to expand its business by adding a new product line. To support the new production plan, the company needed a reliable shot blasting machine with enough capacity for regular industrial use.

After reviewing the application requirements, the customer chose our QH6920 turntable shot blasting machine. This was the customer’s first order from our company.

The Customer’s Production Challenge

The customer manufactures different metal products. Surface treatment is an important step before later processing, coating, assembly, or delivery.

As the company prepared to launch a new product line, its existing equipment could not provide enough additional capacity. The customer needed a shot blasting solution that could support the new production plan without causing delays or adding an unstable process to the workshop.

The main requirements were clear:

• Increase shot blasting capacity for the new product line.
• Support the regular processing of metal workpieces.
• Maintain stable operation during daily production.
• Reduce the risk of unexpected equipment downtime.
• Choose a machine suitable for long-term industrial use.

The Selected Solution: QH6920 Turntable Shot Blasting Machine

Based on the customer’s product type and expansion plan, we recommended the QH6920 turntable shot blasting machine.

The turntable design is suitable for batch processing of metal workpieces. Parts are placed on the table and rotated during blasting. This allows the abrasive stream to reach different surfaces of the workpieces and provides a practical solution for cleaning and preparing metal products.

The QH6920 was selected because it matched the customer’s production requirements:

• Suitable for metal products:The machine can be used for batch surface cleaning and preparation.
• Turntable processing:Workpieces rotate during blasting to improve coverage of their exposed surfaces.
• Support for a new production line:The equipment provides additional shot blasting capacity for the customer’s expansion plan.
• Stable industrial operation:The machine is designed for regular use in a metalworking workshop.
• Practical batch production:Operators can load and unload workpieces according to the customer’s production arrangement.
